Tags explanation is too brief in UG #12

There is no mention about case sensitivity of tags, minimum or maximum number of tags. Pretty much the only information given about the tags is the prefix t/. This could result in some inconvenience to the user who perhaps assumes that tags are case insensitive, and ignores case sensitivity when adding contacts, only to find out that they are case sensitive later on. Minimum number of tags is only shown later on, under the add command. However that could result in some confusion when the user looks for information regarding the tags under the tags header.

Team's Response

The current explanation is sufficient for users to be able to use the tags feature.

Reason for disagreement: Sure, the current explanation is sufficient for them to be able to use the feature. But will it result in some inconvenience? Yes, however minor it may be. The issue isn't about whether it's enough for the user to use the feature, instead, we should be aiming to educate the user on the right way to use the feature, rather than letting them find out themselves, which is bound to cause some confusion when they realise their "CS2103" tagged groupmates and "cs2103" tagged friends aren't categorised together. Therefore it's a low severity bug, but a bug nonetheless.
