Delete function explanation unclear in UG #13

The delete function actually has 2 functions, deleting a contact and removing some information about the contact. However, information about the second use case is only mentioned later on. To aid the user in understanding the command, it should have been mentioned at the first line of the explanation, right where it says "Deletes the specified person from univusal"
