There is no way to use the time picker widget in an accessible manner.

It should be possible to navigate and select a time with the keyboard.

You can... just enter the time using the keyboard. Timepickr seems to be an 
extension
to simply doing that.

As specified in the Development roadmap, keyboard navigation will be introduced 
in
version 0.8.

Entering a time manually with the keyboard and then pressing tab doesn't work. 
According to comment #1 it should work. 

@haineault, can you confirm that it should work? Otherwise, I'll create a patch.

Sorry, I should read the documentation better. Setting resetOnBlur to false did 
the 
trick.
