0.6.5 doesn't work with jquery 1.2.6 & ui 1.5.3 #11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Please see example.html in attached file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
input #timepicker is time-picker featured.

jQuery 1.2.6 and UI 1.5.3 are not supported, sorry.

However the plugin as gone through a complete refactor, I started from an empty 
file.

So there might be a slight chance that it now works with jQuery 1.2.6 and UI 
1.5.3,
but I really doubt so.
