Enhancement: Remove am/pm #16

I'd like to use this widget to enter a time range, i.e. entering the amount 
of time spent on a task.  In this case, the am/pm isn't applicable, so I'd 
like an option not to display it.

This particular situation never occurred to me, but it's very relevant. I will
implement that for sure. (I just don't know when exactly)

I've just refactored the plugin, it's now possible to remove any part of the 
plugins
(hours, min, seconds, prefix, suffix) without problems.

It's in the trunk;
