What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on timepickr and choose a time.
2. Try to clear out the time in the textbox.
3. Click off of textbox.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It's expected that the textbox would remain clear, instead it repopulates
with the last time value.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.7.0a-standalone
