Add options for dimension restrictions for certain features i.e. hunger damage, dynamic starvation, bloated overflow, etc. only being applied in a certain dimension.
Inspiration came from using Advanced Rocketry 2 to create a planet where hunger damage was a unique property of the planet. I'm sure other applications exist.
