Bloated Value resets on save and quit #78

A more annoying problem, whenever the player has the bloated effect and saves and quits, then rejoins the world, the bloated amount gets reset. Not sure why.

Steps to reproduce Eat Iron Apple (either one) -> deplete Bloated amount before effect expires -> relog

The same effect can be observed for Absorption for 1.12.2 at least, bug tracker says nothing about this, wiki says nothing about this. So... working as intended?
