Refactor software using GitHub API to use latest release instead of tags #3

This can be resolved by switching to releases and looking up latest release. All native within GitHub API. Refer to Syncplay's entry for correct usage.

Updated title due to multiple softwares using this method. Needs refactor ASAP due to downloads breaking when tags are created without associated releases. Will construct a list when possible.

This issue should also include the process of auditing all software for GitHub repositories. (This would also effectively close #2.)
