Migrate existing wiki and documentation #4

The main wiki is here. We also have some important readme files here, here, and here.

Done. Still need to move image hosting to imgur from yeg-relief/design to here.

Links to these images will also need to be changed in the wiki. Will close this issue once that is complete.
