improve IDE checkstyle setup documentation #875

After installing IntelliJ and the checkstyle plugin, it becomes unclear how to import and setup the qulice checkstyle config for real time analysis. Documentation with screenshots would help a lot.

@ashtonhogan Actually it is not that simple, we have few custom checkstyle rules and I don't think checkstyle plugin supports custom plugins.
