Got the following errors on test running:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Default encoding is windows-1251

for TkAppTest.rendersAllPossibleUrls, TkAppTest.rendersHomePage, TkAppTest.rendersHomePageViaHttp tests

Encoding can be set explicitly set here
