Repace !name command with nicer UI in #new-players #8

The !name command is a bit unintuitive, as it can only be used by new players or dead players looking to start a new account. To make this simpler, we can make #new-players a read-only channel that includes a UI form that users can fill out when they want to start their new game. This view can be disabled when the player officially has an active account, and re-enabled when the player dies.

We are not allowed to create a text input within a message, therefore we cannot continue with this method.
