• [x] use ImageJ_TIA Readers
• [x] use Notepad++ (https://ercius.wordpress.com/2016/06/04/retrieving-experimental-stem-meta-data-from-fei-tia-emi-files/)
• [x] save '.emi' to '.txt' and only save wanted part of the file
• [x] save metadata in '.txt' in '.csv'
