Your Java class org.yaml.snakeyaml.util.Base64Coder is a modified version of my
Base64Coder module, but my author name and copyright has been removed.

I'm pleased to see that my code is useful in your project, but please respect
the authorship of other open source developers!

I am sorry. The project originates from JvYaml (https://jvyaml.dev.java.net/)
where the file contains no copyright information.
Now the modified version keeps your name and copyright:

Thanks.

Why did you have to move it to a separate name space?

Please indicate that it's a modified version.

See Apache License, section "4. Redistribution":
"2. You must cause any modified files to carry prominent notices stating that
You changed the files;"
"You may add Your own copyright statement to Your modifications ..."

The indication has been added.

The file was moved to a dedicated package because we use maven-license-plugin
to apply the header for all the source files. In this case it is easier to
configure the plugin and it also indicates that the source has another origin.
