What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Specify a native WSGI handler as described: 
https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/python/python27/using27#Configuring
_WSGI_Script_Handlers
2. Modify app.yaml as described: 
https://developers.google.com/appengine/docs/python/python27/using27#Configuring
_the_Application

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- Working application
