The IRC channel mentioned on the project homepage is wrong #16

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect via IRC to freenode.net, join channel #ROS

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to join an IRC channel about ROS.  Instead I got a channel about 
React-OS.

Please provide any additional information below.

I think you guys meant irc.oftc.net, not freenode.net, as per:
http://www.ros.org/wiki/Get%20Involved#IRC
