BUG: Name does not allow ' symbol that are relatively common in names #3

Describe the bug :

Unable to add a person with ' in his/her name. Such names are rather common.

To Reproduce:

add a person with a ' in his/her name example: add n/Shaquille O'Neal p/98765432 e/johnd@example.com nok/Jane Doe, Wife, 82858285 pt/inpatient hw/south fn/3 wn/D690 m/panadol m/ibuprofen 

Expected behavior : Person should be added properly

Actual Behaviour: Error message
