Undetected invalid input for patient's information (Year-of-birth) #2

It does not make sense for patient's Year-of-birth to be in the future. Current date-time should be the limit for the patient's date-of-birth. If this was designed specifically with other ideas in mind, then the NRIC of the patient should not be limited to merely 'S' 'T' 'F' and 'G'.
