Warehouse/Credit Facility is a funding source, where SPV will draw cash from, then SPV shall use the fund to buy assets.

New Liability

SPV will create new liability(Bond) after the fund draw

But the question is:

• How bond rate /type/term is determined ?
• How the new bond was inserted into liability components ?
• How waterfall repay the bonds ? alongside with old bonds and new bonds ? what's the priority of old bond and new bond ?

When to draw bonds ?

• It is should be in user assumption ? (User decide when to draw/ how much to draw )
• or it should be modeled in trigger ? ( like bind to a formula , if formula is breached, then trigger a draw )
