New Revolving Support

Input

User shall able to provide revolving asset by

• a constant pool of assets -> which always be same during the cashflow projection period
• a static pool of asset -> which will be less after revolving buy action
• a pool of assets depends on time

Waterfall

a new waterfall action with able to buy asset from revolving pool, with option to limit the amount of to buy
