Implement Prepayment Penalty

Penalty on prepayment is an extra type of cashflow yield from pool, which will be deposited into accounts.

There are couple types of prepay penalty :

• Fix/Flat amount during period

• Fixed Pct during period

• Multi-Pct during period -> x/y/z %pct of each year 1 ,2,3 , with prepayment amount as base to multiply with

• Sliding scale -> start with x% and decrease every y% each month

• N Month interest

• Yield Maintenance (x)

• Defeasance (x)
