By so far , queryDeal function can query a balance like singular value ,but not able to query on a array-like data.

While ,some deal require to query array deal stats

The tricks to model this events is :

get min of (reinvestment legder)/oustanding principal balance in last two consecutive payment dates ( implemented by https://github.com/yellowbean/Hastructure/pull/77 )
then test with threshold 10%
