Replace i.pixiv.cat with i.pixiv.re for Chinese user #223

The main domain "i.pixiv.cat" is blocked in mainland China. It is recommended to use i.pixiv.re instead, which does not affect usage in other regions.

Thanks for suggesting this idea.

I have added a new field in the "Advanced Settings" tab that allows the user to specify exactly what proxy host to use in this commit https://github.com/yellowbluesky/PixivforMuzei3/commit/67b556358cbe394e31b815ca4a6006caeea309c3

Would you prefer if the default setting was changed to i.pixiv.re or remain as i.pixiv.cat?
