Re-enable SNI bypass #96

Current latest build 3.0.0 does not have the SNI bypass included.

The exclusion is mainly because I was lazy, and I wanted a release out ASAP to test the core functions.

Related, some users who I believe should not be affected by the lack of SNI bypass are complaining of failure to login.

Should be working now, in commit 4cfad7ba0fd1b661f124c3ed404a6fa3551de75c

Tested using a VPN that gives me a Chinese IP

The issue was to do with versions of OkHttp newer than 4.4.1. Notsfsssf explains it in #107
