Queries with URIs do not work #41

try browser/classes/?uri=http://.....#Pizza

The servlet never gets the fragment part of the URI.

The fragment is for the client and not sent to the server.

The URI should be encoded anyway.
# will be %23

Not convenient for users cut+pasting into the address bar, but not much we can 
do about this.
