Ontology imports hierarchy wrong for photography.owl #44

Several ontologies are not shown in the hierarchy.
When index.owl is made active, there are no individuals referenced in the 
active ontologies.

Is this because of the version IRI?

Seems fine when loading from scratch, but not when restoring a session.
