All ontologies - doesn't display all the ontologies and entities #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
If I try to load
http://semanticscience.org/ontology/cheminf.owl

at http://s1.semanticscience.org/browser

all 4 ontologies get loaded, but they don't appear under "All ontologies", and 
none of the entities can be listed by default, without trying to select a more 
specific ontology from the drop down list.
