This functionality(https://github.com/yellows8/3ds_homemenuhax/blob/955f785c185917398652dbb0711464c6b2ed2303/menuhax_manager/source/menuhax_manager.c#L1169) shouldn't run unless a certain file exists on SD or something, due to users...
