Connection Trouble with Smash #19

Hello there Yellow, currently im having an issue with the ctr app in the online of Smash3DS when im trying to login the "communicating with the server" screen appears and the game load for a while and then get freezed and " a communication error has ocurred" in screen appears (No error code in the touch screen, just that message) for a moment i tought it was my internet, but the smash dlc shop and eshop-miiverse works very well using ctr-httpwn. the app gonna need an update for these error or im just have bad luck? greetings and thank for your time. (Edit, im using a New3DS XL with 10.5.0-30U Firmware, the Smash is Digital)
