If you have Luma CFW, is New 3DS CPU off in Luma settings?

I have the same problem Version: 11.3.0-36U LumaCFW w/ a9lh Model: N3DS *hax Version 2.9 Alpha ctr-httpwn version: v1.2 N3DS CPU is enabled in Luma settings.

Yeah. Turn off New 3DS CPU.
