installed, but not working. #69

oops, accidentally posted without description. what i meant to put there is: i successfully installed ctr-httpwn 1.2 on new 3ds 11.3, but if i try to go online it prompts for an update, and it seems to be working fine for my friend with the same conditions

I saw someone on gba temp mention that ctr httpwn doesn't work from the homebrew cia i ran it by launching homebrew using soundhax and it worked perfectly
