Failed to download the actual payload with HTTP: 0xd8a0a039 #40

I have been following Plailect guide exactly and have gotten to the last page and now I cannot get the Homebrew Launcher payload. I have Google'd my issue as well with no luck. I have rebooted and tried using a mobile hotspot as my network with no solution.

Nevermind, I did a NAND restore on https://github.com/Plailect/Guide/wiki/Installing-arm9loaderhax Section 3 Step 6 and forgot to re-update the system and was still on 7.1. After I updated the system it allowed me to launch Homebrew.
