fail to download the actual payload with http #64

I did the hack completely following this guide http://3ds.guide and stucked now. I was stucked on this section https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax Section VI - Finalizing setup ... Launch the Homebrew Launcher from the home menu Select “DSP Dump” ... It cant download what it need? _img_20170321_115127 - I start with system ver 9.1.0 20j new 3ds and it's sys 11.3.0-36j now(regularly updated during the guide). Please forgive english is not my language. How could i go on with the guide? Am i successfully hacked by now? Thanks very much!
