Homebrew is broken #69

Why does stuff freeze when i try to open stuff (Like hans / Braindump) And yes i do know that there are alternatives but i can't figure out to install them so i just stuck with HANS in HBL but it always just freezes on a Black top screen and green bottom screen Help please!

FW Version O3DS or New 3DS

Payload issue most likely, not with HBL itself.
