why CHNTWN isn't properly supported ye? I am a Chinese with a TWN 3dsll. Can I help?

Basically the only one testing it(mentioned in README) is extremely busy... But even once supported the *hax payloads don't support those regions atm anyway.

EDIT: You couldn't help unless you have a way to get exception-dumps, like luma-dev.
