Monochromatic bitmap #32

Allow the printing of monochromatic bitmaps with arbitrary background and foreground.

If an image has translucency then the background will show through currently. Allowing the foreground color of the image to be overridden will be a new feature however.

@tommyettinger is this now covered by the current bitmap font system?
