Add a proper license #20

The repo has a LICENSE file which contains:

Copyright Author name here (c) 2020

This is probably from the template and needs fixing. In addition, we should review whether BSD-3-Clause License is the appropriate license, and perhaps move some binary PDFs out of the repository to comply with whatever we choose.

What license is discord-haskell in?

Looks like MIT!

The repo's under the BSD-3 license, no? We could discuss moving to e.g. GPL if everyone's on board with it (a legal requirement).

And we definitely don't have copyright over (most) of the assets, so they should be moved out of the repo.
