Calls cannot be completed as dialed

I found the problem above in the FAQs, but the solution was that the google 
passwords and pbxes passwords did not match. I haven't changed any of my 
passwords. sipdroid worked fine for about 2 weeks, then quit working 
altogether. I deleted the app and data, and then reinstalled. Now it says it is 
connected, but when I try to call out I get the cannot be completed as dialed 
message, and I'm not receiving any calls via sipdroid. 

I've tried going to pbxes to check settings, but everything there is greek to 
me. Any suggestions?
