Add ESlint and Prettier configuration files and remove package-lock.json. #30

After I forked the repo my IDE started screaming so I decided to add some eslint and prettier configuration files. I also took the opportunity to address an issue with the watch script mentioned at https://github.com/yemount/pose-animator/issues/12#issuecomment-626741765
