Installers for Windows, Linux and Mac #42

Please prepare installers for these platforms. Linux and Mac ones could simply 
be a zipped distribution with proper Readme document, whereas we would like to 
have a setup executable for the Windows platform.

Make sure we specify instructions for all three platforms in the Readme file, 
including minimum requirements for running ChiBE 2.0.

ChiBE distributions are under assos.
We decided to make an installer for windows and distribute zip files for MacOS 
and Linux.

32-bit ChiBE-2.0 distributions can be downloaded through the following links.

We decided to make an installer for windows and distribute zip files for MacOS 
and Linux. I will change the executables with the latest version after the test 
and bugfix is completed.

Please check the problem with the Linux installer and then publish the latest 
ones here (please put them under ~ivis)

Please re-do the Windows installers due to Ozgun's latest fix and let us know 
so we can test. The problem was not being able to access the web API of cBio 
portal.
