Raw data conversion wizard freeze in Mac #45

Arman showed me that after doing "Data --> Load Raw Data" in Mac, the wizard 
appears but the application is frozen.

Arman fixed this. Problem was due to initiating a JDialog and making it modal. 
It looks like mac cannot lock the eclipse frame when we open a swing dialog on 
top of it. Now we are running this dialog non-modal in mac.

I verify that rev 9923b1b43197 fixes this problem.
