Map resizing and improved floodfill #55

  1. Support modifying map width/height
  2. Make floodfill respect multi-block selections, including smart-path mode
  3. Make edit/undo history respect map dimensions
  4. Smart-path mode is now a checkbox, rather than holding down right mouse button.
