dblclick fires a click event

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.any dblclick event will fire a click event.
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
map zoom is expected. click event is initiated, and then dblclick event is 
executed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
