Add support for Maps API V3 (with another branch?) #181

Currently when labeledmarker_packed.js was loaded after maps api javascript, 
my browser reports:
GMarker is not defined.

GMarker has become google.maps.Marker in V3. Should we do some migration 
work?

The API has changed significantly enough to require a new library. Some 
extensions are 
easy to port, others require significant rewrites. New library is here:
http://code.google.com/p/google-maps-utility-library-v3/

I don't believe that LabeledMarker has been ported yet. Would you like to do 
it? :)
