contextmenucontrol and tabbedmaxcontent are incompatible #185

These are the steps that reproduce the problem:
1. add tabbedmaxcontent and contextmenucontrol in your project
2. run and open the tabbedmaxcontent in a point of the map
3. tabbedmaxcontent is not correctly displayed
4. If I comment addcontrol of contextmenucontrol, all works properly

I'm using:
- markerclusterer.js vers. 1.0
- tabbedmaxcontent.js vers. 1.0
- contextmenucontrol.js vers 1.0
- MS Explorer 8 on Windows XP.

Yes, agreed, thanks for the report.

Contextmenucontrol should now work as expected.
