Reproducibility issues: missing data when running the correspondence data generation instructions in the README #5

Following the instructions in the How to run? section of the README in order to fully reproduce the correspondence dataset generation presented in the paper does not seem to work. The directory structure produced when following the instructions is incomplete and missing important information needed by the examine_correspondence.ipynb notebook, such as for example the weights.
