Consider to move the project to github #117

As announced on:
http://google-opensource.blogspot.nl/2015/03/farewell-to-google-code.html

googlecode will be closed in the near future, at least on August 2015 code will 
be read-only, and on January 2016 only tarball archive of the project will be 
available.

There seems to be a button "Export to GitHub". Please consider to move this 
project to github, thank you.
