GDCs: representation and normal value

I had a look at some GDCs:

1. representation
- what is the difference between representation and information content entity?
- findings (clinical, image, preclinical) somehow sound like a conclusion:
output of an assessment process maybe?
- representation is asserted under information content entity and GDC.

2. normal value
could that be a subclass of measurement datum maybe, maybe even defined as
a measurement datum that has quality "normal"? (I am not sure about the
latter, normal in my opinion is very relative on the context - has there
been some discussion on how to represent normal/ abnormal things in IDO?)

Those are terms imported from OGMS - I didn't realize it when I submitted the 
issue.
I sent an email on the OGMS list at
http://groups.google.com/group/ogms-discuss/browse_thread/thread/22e810e8215d5b0
mentioning those, so I believe this can be closed on the IDO side.
