Two examples

1) when lps2-tt is created (TL4 homodimer)  there are certain domains that are 
now accessible and 
can bind myd88

2) NFKB nuclear localization signal domain is blocked when it is complexed with 
IKB. When IKB 
dissociates from the complex, NFKB can localize in the nucleus.
